      Avantages

      Staff is very friendly and there is always a lot of food at parties. Government recognized holidays are also a plus. The work isn't terribly demanding either.

      Inconvénients

      Good luck getting a full-time job here. Your hours are not guaranteed. Management is also very inconsistent and wishy-washy with policies. It is very secretive for a library.
