Avantages

The TIG experience, from interviewing to working here, has been excellent. The interview process was like no other I've encountered in my career. HR kept in touch and followed up regularly during the process. Once I was hired, I felt very welcomed by all departments. The best part of my job is working with my department specifically. We are all very different but collaborate very effectively. I have learned that people don't leave jobs but leave their boss. Another reason, TIG is the right place for me. My leader allows me to be creative and take the initiative to try new things. I never feel micromanaged. I think most roles in TIG you have the freedom to do your job.

Inconvénients

TIG seems to have less formal policies and procedures in place. While this is a pro for some people, there are those employees who feel lost without it.

Avantages

I had a truly positive onboarding experience with The Intersect Group and can confidently say the process exceeded my expectations. From the very beginning, the recruiters & operations coordinators were professional, responsive, and genuinely supportive. Communication was clear, timely, and consistent, which made the entire onboarding process feel smooth and well-organized. They took the time to answer questions, provide guidance, and ensure I felt prepared every step of the way. What stood out most was the level of care and professionalism shown throughout the process. Starting a new role can naturally bring some anxiety, and the team at The Intersect Group did an excellent job of easing those concerns through transparency, encouragement, and follow-through. I’m grateful for the experience and would highly recommend The Intersect Group to anyone seeking a recruiting partner that values people, communication, and professionalism.

Inconvénients

The onboarding process moved quickly, which required prompt attention.

Avantages

The people I met and built relationships with along the way. Also the book of business I built. 2 things that kept me there longer than necessary.

Inconvénients

In 2021 there was a regime change. That was the beginning of the end. Gone were the days of flexibility (remote work and Unlimited PTO)… of respect for tenured high performing producers… of trusted leadership… of competent HR or HR in general, etc. This business is tough enough as it is but the toxic masculine energy that wreaks havoc from the head down in this place is obscene. The parade of 20 something girls hired (in the hundreds especially in 2022) was insane. Not blaming them, most of them are lovely to be honest but we know what leadership was going for. Hot cheap sales people to lure clients and for the exec-bros to ogle. Suddenly it became a metrics driven culture vs a results driven culture which is a culture of micromanagement. This turned many of the existing best leaders into monsters that couldn’t look themselves in the mirror anymore and eventually went into early retirement from the trauma. You cannot give feedback or push back against the ELT in any way or you are fired even as a leader. Probably one of the worst downfalls I’ve witnessed in a company ever. I’ve kept ties since leaving but most everyone I worked with has moved on to much better opportunities. Their recent layoff in the last month or so (2026) of 80% of the corporate staff was awful and a sign that revenue has tanked.
