      Avantages

      People working the desks are great and want to do well.

      Inconvénients

      Micro managed til it hurt and was afraid to do my job eventually because I never knew when I would catch it for something that wasn't even my fault.

      Some of the people are nice

      Inconvénients

      Employees are treated like indentured servants rather than valued team members. There is no work-life balance. Employees are expected to work days, nights, weekends & holidays without complaint and they do not have the right to say no. If you value your health and mental well-being, don't go to work for this company.
