      Avantages

      The best part of working at The Harbin Agency is that it is small enough for each person to know everyone else.

      Inconvénients

      Communication is an issue at The Harbin Agency. When management needs to let people know about things, it comes across as too authoritarian and impersonal. There doesn't seem to be any consideration for people. There is no formal training program, so new hires need to be self-sufficient. Leadership lacks people skills.
