      Avantages

      Great company with really friendly colleagues and senior staff. Amazing healthcare, PTO, and flexibility. Very friendly and collaborative work culture and everyone helps each other to grow and become a better worker.

      Inconvénients

      Difficult work to life balance- frequent travel.

      Avantages

      Team collaboration, engaging work, self-initiative encouraged, organizational health, fun, interesting, smart people. Ability to move from project to project. Very process oriented.

      Inconvénients

      Work-life balance can be askew at times, especially with travel. Organization is pretty flat and self-initiative piece can be daunting for those people who aren't used to it.
