      Summer fridays, good pay, good bonuses, fully remote

      Inconvénients

      Management was terrible, training was terrible, no one knew what they were doing

We work hard to be a company where all employees feel they have the appropriate training and management team support to be successful in their role and I am sorry that was not your experience.       Avantages

      - Working with all the different teams give me a great opportunity to get a lot of experience. - Senior execs have a lot of transparency and answer any questions - I love the team I work for and the other teams are always welcoming - Work from home - So many people with deep experience - Growing fast - Who knew that there were so many different types of insurance

      Inconvénients

      - While I love work from home, I don't get to meet other people in person that often.

      Opportunity for growth is common within this company, there will always be room for growth and knowledge.

      Inconvénients

      There are often times where benefits are moved and cut but overall still greater than other companies.
