1/ good employee discount 2/ have made some great friends while working here 3/ my job here has forced me to go out of my comfort zone, which is a good thing

Where To Begin? OK, i know, lets start off with #1 1/ The Container Store just made Fortune Magazines Best places to Work List, for 17 years in a row. How ironic that that announcement was last week AND NOW, since business is so bad they are putting a freeze on pay increases and NOT contributing to our 401k's. Disgraceful that they do this right after the Fortune announcement. 2/ since going public this job has slowly declined 3/ too much micro managing 4/ Management always says PUSH PUSH PUSH for sales, as if I can get blood from a stone, while the full timers sit in the break room all day answering bloody emails? 5/ full timers are treated higher then part timers while some part timers know way more then full timers. A different set of Rules 6/ poor moral 7/ always doom and gloom, never enough praise 8/ its hard to sell TCS closets at $10,000 a pop more or less with all of the above going on
