      Great team to work with, hardworking employees, intelligent managers.

      No career advancement, no guidance from senior management about career advancement, endless voicemails that mean nothing.

      Their business, benefits and products are all incredible.

      My position did not allow for a healthy work/life balance. I was never "off".

      Decent pay for the most part

      Inconvénients

      No raises, no bonuses, as an IC doing every other department is more important. Lots of forced overtime at the last minute.
