      Avantages

      They really try to make you feel like an important part of the team. I developed great relationships with most of my co-workers and almost all of the managers.

      Inconvénients

      Despite the "employee first" culture that they always tout, there have been a number of experiences I've had where that wasn't the case.

      Their business, benefits and products are all incredible.

      My position did not allow for a healthy work/life balance. I was never "off".

      Decent pay for the most part

      Inconvénients

      No raises, no bonuses, as an IC doing every other department is more important. Lots of forced overtime at the last minute.
