      Avantages

      The Container store is unique. The products are great and the people are fun. The company has a great history of innovation and Sharon is a true talent.

      Inconvénients

      Under stress the managers are treating people like children. Do you really think we can not see what is necessary? Do you REALLY think we are avoiding selling elfa with installation and decor? We care as much or more than you do because the results impact us more. If you really believe you hire 1=3 people why are you treating us like we are idiots when it comes to the business?

      My position did not allow for a healthy work/life balance. I was never "off".

      Decent pay for the most part

      Inconvénients

      No raises, no bonuses, as an IC doing every other department is more important. Lots of forced overtime at the last minute.
