      Avantages

      Pay is higher than other retailers The customers are fun to work with and the products are of good or better quality.

      Inconvénients

      Loss of benefits has caused a hardship providing for family. New scheduling system leaves no family time. Some weeks dinner with the family is only possible on days off.

      Their business, benefits and products are all incredible.

      My position did not allow for a healthy work/life balance. I was never "off".

      Decent pay for the most part

      Inconvénients

      No raises, no bonuses, as an IC doing every other department is more important. Lots of forced overtime at the last minute.
