Coworkers, with exception of managers were incredible and friendly. The employee discount is generous.
Inconvénients
No matter how hard you work and how fast you go, it will never be enough. I was literally told to keep the expected pace while working I should be literally running through the store. Lack of management communication: Managers would not communicate with one another, you would be told to complete a task by one manager and then yelled at for completing it by another manager. They did not communicate with each other before delegating tasks. On several occasions I watched coworkers broken down into tears by the way the managers talked down to them and stressed them out. The regular workers are great people who go out of their way to take pride in their work, and when day after day they are told they are doing nothing right with only negative feedback- I watched many people cry. Minimal pay for the amount of stress you will receive.
