      Employee first company, yearly evaluations, great amount of training, great pay, welcoming staff, and keeps staff in the know.

      Limited hours, favoritism, and difficulty moving up within the company.

      My position did not allow for a healthy work/life balance. I was never "off".

      Decent pay for the most part

      Inconvénients

      No raises, no bonuses, as an IC doing every other department is more important. Lots of forced overtime at the last minute.
