Foundation principles mean nothing, only one is "man in the desert" which basically means selling people stuff they don't need. Worst job I've ever had, I don't care if the pay is decent. I've been worked to the bone physically. I worked an 8 hour morning merchandising shift, worked my butt off was covered in sweat then, after my hour lunch (no breaks, ever) I got to unload palettes of Elfa for the remainder of my shift. After all that, I got coached at how I complain while working, how most co workers think I don't work hard and how I need to "toughen up".
