Management is heartless and shows no empathy towards employees. The only focus is on seeking out new business and their mission has nothing to do with helping kids. If you value work - life balance, this is nonexistent. If your family and personal life matter to you, don’t even consider this job. The salary may seem competitive but after all of the overtime hours, consisting of many early mornings and late nights, the salary is very low. The management style is micromanagement. A job well done and exceeding goals isn’t acknowledged. Their customers are only a tool to reaching unachievable goals. The Challenge Program went in the negative last year financially. Think long and hard about working in this ice cold environment.
