I’ve been The Challenge Program for two years now. It really has been a stellar experience and I’ve gained an immense amount of knowledge. I really appreciate the amazing team here and we hold together a very strong and positive work environment alongside very welcoming and accepting environment for all current and new employees.
Inconvénients
Being a nonprofit, sometimes the pay is not hyper competitive with people in similar positions, and the public sector in the same vein. Sometimes the workload can be a bit heavy because it does require a certain level of passion and drive to handle.
Mandatory staff meetings in Johnstown which is weird, no breaks during the meeting, they are always the same and you have to meet them for dinner as well.

You cannot have young kids and work there
