      Avantages

      The work day to day can range from easy to rather challenging. The managers do a good job at giving you the right difficulty work and letting you venture into other work disciplines to try them out.

      Inconvénients

      You can go from having a good work load to being extremely overloaded in matter of days.

      Avantages

      Friendly people at the lower levels. Great at putting up with lots of nonsense and “pivoting”.

      Inconvénients

      No effort in employee retention. Lots of employees leaving (whether by their own choice or not) yet there is very little effort in finding replacements, leading to higher work loads with no increase in compensation. Pay is uncompetitive and raises and nowhere near enough to make up the difference.
