      Avantages

      Individual contributor mostly self paced as long as the work gets completed and out in a timely manner.

      Inconvénients

      compensation is not location based so salaries are livable in some locations but not others. benefits are ok. I would not say they are top tier but they are not the worst I have seen. No bonuses Little to no opportunity to move up in position or move positions most jobs are not careers they are just jobs
