      Avantages

      Manager and employees were cool and the work is steady. Left for a another opportunity.

      Inconvénients

      You have to charge each task to a specific code and submit a time card at the end of the week. That's the most annoying thing about the job.

      Avantages

      Friendly people at the lower levels. Great at putting up with lots of nonsense and “pivoting”.

      Inconvénients

      No effort in employee retention. Lots of employees leaving (whether by their own choice or not) yet there is very little effort in finding replacements, leading to higher work loads with no increase in compensation. Pay is uncompetitive and raises and nowhere near enough to make up the difference.
