Avantages
The way Textron and Textron Systems is structed makes it feel like you part of a small company but you’re also part of something bigger. The work assignments are challenging but only overwhelming if you don’t seek help when you need it. Textron has a talent strategy that allows you to move within the company through different roles and industries. New CEO joined in 2017 so the business is being looked at with fresh eyes.
Inconvénients
Government contracting and business in general has its ups and downs so be comfortable with change.
