      Good corporate ladder to climb if you are very political in nature

      Inconvénients

      Very authoritarian company everything has to report back to US. Management doesn't trust local people to run the job and makes working environment very political. Huge turnover because management practices favoritism and hypocrite.

      Poor mentorship from management, lack of clear instructions, advocating for self can be seen as not aligning with expectations
