      Great local work culture in Temecula. Department heads and local leadership genuinely care about their teams. Competitive salary and benefits.

      Inconvénients

      New management and a private-equity buyout led to multiple rounds of layoffs, eroding trust and stability. Company vision and direction are unclear, making long-term planning difficult. Leadership decisions appear to prioritize short-term profit over employees and customers, undermining loyalty. The departure of Jarrod, a key leader who held the team together, marked a noticeable cultural decline. Steady overworking on individuals until eventual burnout and loss of talent, leading to the hire of someone else. Rinse and repeat.

      Avantages

      The culture at Tesco is great and there are tons of great people there. Enjoyed my time at Tesco, networking and working with all sorts of people internally and externally. Coming out of college, I was grateful for the opportunities offered. Everyone in the departments are nice and you will never feel like you’re working alone. There’s always support in many ways. They would often fight and back you up.

      Inconvénients

      Throughout my time at Tesco, it was a lot. Learned a lot coming out of college and also got thrown into a lot. People in this industry come and go in tiny ripples or massive waves. Ultimately, the motion of the water was too great to handle and it made it harder for others to complete their portion of work. The pay must be increased more for the people working there. Comparing it to other companies, they make adjustments to wage depending on what’s going on in the world.
