Great people, some bad luck - Avis employé Employé (anonyme) Terminal Reality

Terminal Reality used to be a great place to work but because of the upper management and some of the decisions they made it had to fold.

Very demanding work place. It was sometime difficult to get fresh ideas across to management and the executives were sometimes stubborn on how to run the company

I worked there for 4 years and met many great people I am proud to call friends. TRI gave me the opportunity to learn and work on many great properties and be part of every aspect of the process. If I wanted to learn or try something new I usually could.

Management was terrible, and at times seemed corrupt and inept.. there was petty infighting among them and gross mismanagement of project pitches and deadlines. There was always an expectation of crunch hours for months on end due to unrealistic deadlines or publisher changes. Raises were hard to come by, and bonuses were non existent.
