      Healthy work environment relationship with the company.

      Inconvénients

      No room for personal initiative, innovation is not encouraged, jobs aren't ranked and paid in the other of importance, still needs restructuring at the core.apply the principles of responsibility and authority etc.

      Avantages

      Stability, always get 40+ hours a week, job/industry will always be there.

      Inconvénients

      Poor upper management. They will wait years to give you a review, and only if you ask for one. They don't listen or take suggestions/feedback from employees. Constantly cutting budgets, moving employee positions to reduce employees' wages.
