Innovation is mostly non existent. No feeling of job security. Layoffs are always a fear and happen without notice to employees. Company hid the numbers of the last layoff ( WARN ACT ). People who have been with the company for years are let go or forced out without severance. Too many leaders lacking the experience to perform their roles. People cannot safely speak up about problems and rightly fear reprisal.
