Avantages
The salary is decent and competitive. The benefits are good and include a lot of things missing from other companies. Employees have flexible work hours. The company has a decent cafeteria and there are free sodas and coffee on each floor.
Inconvénients
Sr. Management is plagued with micro-managers. The entire company is a cube-farm with no privacy. IT management is more interested in forcing their own agendas than listening to the talented people working for them. Project lists keep growing and growing and "nothing" ever gets done. Patching is a joke and no preventative maintenance is ever approved or done. The data centers lack basic features. IT professionals really should pass on this company until they fix the Infrastructure and bring it to modern day standards.
