      Avantages

      The ESOP is a tremendous benefit and employee's feel a sense of pride being employee owned. Management continues to push the company forward and results are following. Very stable industry, associated with a good brand of products, with a good work life balance.

      Inconvénients

      With many retirements over the last few years, blending the culture between new employees and long-term employees has been a challenge, but the company culture remains strong.

      Avantages

      Employee owned and everyone takes that to heart. Around 100 people total in two locations, but you're treated like a small company. Everyone knows who you are, and genuinely cares. Benefits are average to slightly above average. The biggest perk is being an employee owner and sharing in profits.

      Inconvénients

      Average employee is getting older, and decent amount of retirements in the next 5 years. There will be a cultural shift.
