Avantages

Half of the maintenance team are capable individuals who are great to work with. The other half are absolutely useless bodies/ or are on the cusp of being fired by HR due to absolutely no respect to anyone but themselves.

Inconvénients

EVERYTHING is a con here. Be prepared to work your life away 60+ hours a week and in 100degree weather with days where your working 10+ hours straight. Cameras everywhere so good luck catching a break because the managers love watching the cameras to catch anyone slacking or taking time off when they can. Terrible leadership, just useless bodies with no brains to Think with. The engineering team are treated like gods but do absolutely nothing. You’ll sweat your butt off and be covered in crap at the end of every shift only to be talked down on when something doesn’t go as planned. JUST DO YOURSELF THE FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AND COMPANY!!!

- Youthful, energetic, motivated workforce - Flexible work schedule (Hybrid in office/remote) - Company is in a new industry with a lot of growth potential

Inconvénients

- Company is not a start up but still in its growing phase, with that comes with systems and processes that still need to be established and/or tweaked.

Avantages

They make you do more with less

Inconvénients

Scheduling. Mgt. Supervision. They over sale so work schedule is 6 days a week. You don't get sick pay, but you get points against if you miss time. Even if you have a drs. Note. We make the same mistakes that were made when we first started production. Hr only cares about hr. Ha. If you do drugs , if you are lazy. If you are an illegal immigrant . This is a great job for you. They only punish the people that care because they know they can. But they don't punish the bad worker because it does no good.
