Avantages

Smart, collaborative employees Competitive pay

Inconvénients

Workload, Poor work/life balance - when someone is terminated from the team, rarely is there a backfill. Since being acquired by AMETEK, the company culture has declined immensely and turned into just a focus on the bottom line People are secondary, if at all considered in decisions One size fits all mentality so a SaaS company is run like a manufacturing company Product Issues aren't addressed A company that was once an industry leader is vastly behind it's competitors due to lack of investment No DEI initiatives which can be reflected in their hiring and leadership

Avantages

I really enjoyed my time at Telular. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Management was understanding, kind, supportive, and super helpful and they make excellent leaders. I spent a little bit more than 7 years at this company and I absolutely had a great time here. I have nothing bad to say at all. The PTO policy was good. The benefits were good. In my opinion, giving them 5 out of 5 stars still just doesn't cut it for me. Honestly, I believe they deserve 7 or 8 stars out of 5 stars. I definitely wish I can give them 8 stars out of 5 stars, but this Glassdoor review does not allow me to do that. In any case, I definitely will remember the wonderful time I had there. I really enjoyed working with everyone there.

Inconvénients

Absolutely no cons at all.
