If you like a small organization without any structure, and you like to avoid accountability, this might be the place for you.

Inconvénients

There is no accountability, no direction, there is nepotism that doesn't allow the problems to be removed, lack of promotions from within.

no cons, full support for field techs all the time 24/7 in all states with truck and tools. travel time and expenses
