Avantages
Some Good Brands, Good Packages only for New Employee, good for short time experience for youngers or newcomers.
Inconvénients
Marketing is extremely poor, Short availability of stock, No active R & D, No product training for sales employee, Acting like a big distribution house. Always pressure for only push selling, less benefits but more pressure for old employee, growth for old employee is almost negligible unless you apply butter to new boss,some surprising recruitment in mid management level mainly in sales who belongs to other segment of healthcare not relevant in the company's product category.
