      Avantages

      Supportive leadership within my team Good compensation Ensure that we are provided with the right tools to complet our job (i.e. computer, computer programs) Provided a laptop that allows for work flexibility IT is quick to respond to problems Even though few people come to the office, good workplace culture and the office environment is pleasent.

      Inconvénients

      Concerned with the amount of work contracted to overseas. Can feel isolated when I'm one of the few in the office

      Avantages

      Supportive leadership and growth opportunities if you are able to prove yourself. The company is still in a developmental stage and there are things that could be improved, but leadership and HR listen to concerns and I can see progress being made to improve things. In the last couple of months new, supportive leadership has been added to our crews, they are purchasing new equipment, and our voices are being heard.

      Inconvénients

      Continue listening to employees and implementing changes employees want.
