      Avantages

      Flexable hours, decent pay, management is very understanding and willing to talk to you about any issues. Free meals periodically. You can just put your head phones on and listen to music or podcasts all day while you work. Insurance and 401k matching

      Inconvénients

      The employees can tend to be very clicky. Especially if you dont speak Spanish. In the warehouse loud music is playing all day and if you have no control over the station. Absolutely Zero advancement available. Everyone that is working there has been working there forever.

      Avantages

      Really enjoyed my 12 years @ TeleDynamics, started when there was only 4 of us, Happy Feller made me the person and adult that I am today. His family really cares about their employees and even when I was leaving to venture off to another career, they were so kind. Work is hard and solid, but they do acknowledge you and appreciate you.

      Inconvénients

      Probably the fact that the work is long and hard on some days and some of the job duties might be out of your expertise. But the challenge is there and with coaching you can learn a new career. I wish I had kept in touch, really miss them.
