      Avantages

      I honestly can not think of too many. The non Management employees are all very talented

      Inconvénients

      The worst professional experience of my career. The management has been together for a long time. They all started at another firm. They cannot see how did function they really are. Huge mistakes are made by some of these people “VP’s” are ignored but when a regular employ makes a mistake they are brutal. But not to your face. They talk about you so you can hear what they are saying. Don’t believe all the hype it is a pit of vipers

      No specific cons, but you must have the right mentality and aptitude to work for a fast-paced, growing organization. Grit, strong organization skills, and self-motivation are critical for success.
