Avantages
- Good pay - Good benefits - Beautiful place - Lots of challenges
Inconvénients
- You are just a number - No stability - Bad business practices Unfortunately, Tejon has a little bit of a history of laying people off due to losing money via bad business practices (not a failing economy or loss of customers). They, unfortunately, end up creating money-sinks instead of things that profit them. This isn't always laying off people 'low on the totem pole', and when the time comes anyone is fair game to get cut. There is no 'probationary' period and they use 'at-will employment' to cover most issues.
