- High salary compare to everyone else such as FPT, CMC - Has good benefits - Travel expenses - Clear in terms of budget

Inconvénients

- A weird check in / check out system, sometimes it works or don't, so I have to personally contact the admin

Avantages

- Overtime was manageable and not excessive. - The company conducted performance reviews twice a year and offered a flexible salary policy, allowing strong performers to request raises above the average level. - Employees were provided with health insurance coverage.

Inconvénients

- The team structure involved junior and fresher developers shadowing senior engineers; while beneficial for learning, this occasionally impacted overall delivery quality. - The company did not offer a work-from-home policy.

- good communications between teams - teams are young and energetic, very open-minded - salaries and benefits.. I'd say just fine

- not many opportunities to grow - The company doesn't really have a clear structure sometimes
