      very hard to find the Pro's

      Inconvénients

      A lot of promises, competitive wages stated in position description this is low wage and high work load based job. This job is managed in a micro manner. Poor safety attitude, No flexibility, and a very poor culture, when first looking in seems supportive, but there are hidden issues, very high staff turn over.
