      Avantages

      You will get free tea and snacks till you have a projects to work. They take to the nearest tekdi for what they call fun(which is so boring) and that too after office hours.

      Inconvénients

      Less people are assigned with huge work. You can not balance personal lie and professional life because of deliverable. No learning curve if you are enthusiastic developer. Mare manager(poor quality of management) than the actual productive resource so you need to work so hard that they get salaries on time. Only couple of employees having sound knowledge of technology. Management is poor.

      I had the pleasure of working as a Full Stack Developer at Techprimelab Software and I must say, it was an incredibly rewarding experience. I felt valued and respected by my colleagues and management alike. There was always an atmosphere of teamwork and encouragement. I had the opportunity to work on some truly innovative projects that challenged me to grow both personally and professionally. The company is at the forefront of technology, and I felt empowered to push the boundaries of what was possible. Work-Life Balance: The misunderstood concept of Work-life balance in the industry got corrected here.

      Honestly, it's hard to think of any cons.
