Avantages
Based on my personal experience, Techolution was one of the most toxic workplaces I have ever worked at.
Inconvénients
The company culture felt built on surveillance, micromanagement, and fear rather than trust. Software such as Sophos on company systems created a constant feeling that every activity was being monitored. Instead of being trusted to deliver results, employees often felt like they were under continuous observation. Even when managers were informed about availability, I experienced situations where being away for a short period resulted in questions and pressure from HRBP teams. It felt as though employees were expected to account for every minute of their day. The focus seemed to be on monitoring activity rather than supporting productivity and outcomes. Micromanagement was a major problem throughout my time there. Employees were not given the autonomy or trust that experienced professionals should have. The environment often felt suffocating, with constant oversight and very little room for independent decision-making. What disappointed me most was the lack of empathy I experienced from management and HR. Employee concerns often felt secondary to operational targets and leadership expectations. The company spoke frequently about culture and people-first values, but my experience did not reflect those messages. The overall atmosphere was one of stress, insecurity, and pressure. Many employees seemed afraid to speak openly about problems because they worried about the consequences. Instead of feeling valued, people often felt replaceable. I left with the impression that maintaining control and protecting the company's image were higher priorities than employee well-being. Based on my experience, I would strongly discourage anyone seeking a supportive, respectful, and stable work environment from joining.
