Inconvénients
a) Not paid as per market standards which even they know clearly. b) Torturous and u might be put in performance improvement under any role where they have shortage of employees which when not cleared can put u in unemployed state from very next day c) They have open culture only on papers & websites else in reality if you skip managerial hierarchy you may have to pay heavily in future and risk your life as good as u went against a powerful vip person. d) U will be treated as labour and not employee but they will definitely say u r a family member. All the above mentioned are about mid crisis management people who are playing with owners and not about the owners.
