      Avantages

      Good place to gain experience, especially for fresh graduates. Salary is okay for starters (fresh grads) My senior is the best and she is approachable, hands-on training will be provided by the seniors.

      Inconvénients

      We’re specialised according to job scope, and is super duper overload.

      Avantages

      Good working environment in term of flexibility

      Inconvénients

      Policy keep changing, its very hard to get claim. Need to travel from Malaysia to SG frequently but no allowance given. Start on 1/1/2024 they are giving amend the policy to give per diem allowance but no procedure given on how to claim those allowance. Then, when want to claim those allowance they keep asking for documentation on travel activity (approval from Managers).

      micromanage and no clear job scope causing people to pinpoint to each other. workload not align with our compensation
