      Avantages

      Because the company is well-developed structure-wise, the internal setup is pretty good, considering many other low level 'IT shops' in Pakistan.

      Inconvénients

      You don't learn much because the company mainly focuses on BPM solutions, which really is a dead technology. Techlogix only thrives because the number of companies offering BPM solutions are very few.

      Team Culture, strong management, strong engineering / software development personnel, flat org structure

      Inconvénients

      Flat org structure can lead to moving slightly slower, marketing is currently being improved

      Avantages

      People, collaboration, teamwork, variety of projects. Good place for fresh grads to gain experience.

      Inconvénients

      Few perks, high turnover rate with most employees working within 5 years since graduation, low salaries compared to other companies, resource distribution of administrative personnel is not good (most of the mgmt is in the Lahore office), small workspace area, no free food(!)
