Avantages
Techlene has provided me with a strong foundation in enterprise software development, particularly in Java, Spring Boot, and full-stack technologies. Being a part of a growing company, I had the opportunity to wear multiple hats — from backend development to deployment and client interaction.
One of the most valuable aspects was the freedom to experiment and take ownership of entire modules. I worked on real-time problem-solving, Agile practices, and cloud integration (like AWS), which helped me grow not only as a developer but also as a problem-solver.
The team culture is collaborative, and I got consistent support from seniors and leadership, which created a great learning environment. Working here taught me the value of quality delivery, deadline management, and customer-centric thinking
Inconvénients
Techlene has given me immense learning opportunities over the years, and I’m truly grateful for that. Since it’s a growing company with a relatively lean structure, I got to take end-to-end ownership of projects — but at the same time, some things like structured mentorship, standardized DevOps pipelines, or access to latest enterprise-level tech were limited.
This actually helped me become more self-reliant and flexible, but now I feel it’s time to move into an environment where I can work with larger distributed systems, more advanced architectures, and structured scalability practices. That’s why I’m looking for a new challenge
