      1. I never feel i am working in an office, the environment and work culture is very friendly. 2. Always surrounded by passionate people having hunger to learn and explore. 3. Motivates new talent and gives opportunity to learn and learn and learn......Grass root exposure. 4. Senior management is totally supportive and helps in all aspects.

      Inconvénients

      1. Don't give extra importance to non performers just to be good to all. 2. Can't think of more as of now.

      So many things that needs to be specified which are the best options and support i had 1) Work life Balance 2) Knowledge Gain 3) Best Management 4) Compensation 5) Friendly Environment 6) Career enhance support ETC

      Avantages

      Working with the organization from more than 1+ year, it was a great experience working over which helped to enhance the skill set. Friendly employment to work around and very good support from all the team members across all divisions.

      Inconvénients

      Nothing much to specify on this area as we all set to see how the company is growing from day one.
