      Avantages

      Techsophy gave me the opportunity to build production-grade AI systems that are actually used by enterprise clients. I architected multi-agent LLM systems, built MCP servers, designed Snowflake data pipelines, and led internal AI workshops — all within my first year. The culture encourages ownership and innovation. Colleagues are technically strong and collaborative. Got to work with modern tools — Google ADK, LiteLLM, Apache Ranger, OpenMetadata — well before they became mainstream.

      Inconvénients

      Being a growing company, some internal processes are still maturing. Could benefit from more formal mentorship programs for junior engineers joining the team.

      Avantages

      I have started my career with TechSophy and been worked for almost one and half year for their different projects. The entire team is very helpful provided the great support in my entire tenure.

      Inconvénients

      Management is really helpful and given a chance to think Individuality to develop the project with a team work. Nice pay with in time as per the market.
