      Avantages

      TechSolve's built on a fantastic premise of creating and retaining jobs and becoming cost effective. Co-workers are amazing and generally supportive. I have the chance to mingle with folks of local as well as state governments and expand my knowledge base of grants and proposals.

      Inconvénients

      Being so close to downtown, the traffic is awful. The office is drafty and consists of open cubes. Not much privacy. Not a lot of employee incentives (bonus, holiday functions, etc.)

      Continuous pushing cutting edge technology . Relaxed academia style workplace. Great variety in the work.

      Inconvénients

      It was a great place to work and I hated leaving.

      -Clear division between leadership and rank-and-file -High turnover -Poor/nonexistent company culture -Lack of employee incentives -Stagnant wages -Poor organizational morale -Propensity for inter-department drama -Disorganized/poor communication -Limited advancement opportunities -Outdated opinions on office culture and WFH -Poorly defined job descriptions/responsibility creep -Red tape associated with not-for-profit status and grant-based funding
