No pros in this company. There is 4-5 people left in this company because of their behavior.
Inconvénients
Worst experience ever. I worked here for 1 year and 1 month. They don't provide salary to their employees on time and every time you talk about appraisal they will point out your performance issues which they don't see throughout the working period. They think their employees are "Bonded Labor". At the time of joining they will take your original education document and will not return until you satisfy them by doing job till midnights. I haven't got my education document which I submitted at the time of joining. I joined as a QA but most of time I was given work of data entry and customer support. They will fire you without any prior notice and will not pick your calls and also don’t provide experience and salary. Even no matter how hard you work for them they will provide wrong feedback to other organization. There are just 5-6 people left in this organization because of this kind of behavior. They make me to work day and night even on weekends and in the end I was awarded with this kind of behavior.
