Great company to work for, with engaged leader ship that really cares about the employees. Small business feel, with large influence in the field. Leader ship is very technically skilled so they understand the requirements on technical professionals and are engaged with the employees. Very competitive pay and benefits. Being a small business, there is not an executive class and work or class. You will not have a personal assistant and you will probably take out your own trash, but that goes all the way up to the owner. You will be “head cook and bottle washer!” Very supportive of employee advancement, even if it is out of the company. I saw on more than one occasion and employee get offered a GS position and TECHINT leader ship was thrilled for them even though they were losing a good employee for the company. You don’t find that many places.
Inconvénients
Small business based on mostly government contracts, so opportunities are tied to that in a very competitive sector. If you can get on a long-term government contract through TECHINT you’re golden.
