Avantages
TechField has a fun filled atmosphere when it comes to the motivational level of its employees. I went through the training in 2014 and became a SharePoint developer. During the training I can say it was nothing less than a fun experience. My manager would take us out for dinner and we went on several fun events like the Braves Baseball game. They have basically built me a foundation to allow me to work with MetLife Insurance today. Currently I work as a Senior SharePoint Architect and director and can’t thank the company enough for the work experience they have provided me.
Inconvénients
The training was certainly intense and I did not get as much free time. I liked the traveling aspect of the company but there was one experience where I got to the project site and the hotel accommodations were not ready yet but other than that I can’t really think of anything negative.
