Avantages
I am not exaggerating but there are simply no pros working for them.
Inconvénients
1. Illogical and dubious contract clauses. They expect you to have a lifelong contract with them. 2. Very Low pay. 3. Once you’re hired, they’ll ghost on you. They will not reply to any of your email queries. 4. There were occasions where they credited my salary late. 5. If you plan to resign less than a year into the contract, you are liable to pay them 2 months worth of salary. 6. Over the phone they will sound extremely professional and convincing. However, upon meeting up with them, you will come across a run down, rather messy looking office and kartik and K7(kes) giving out weird vibes. 7. They will talk to you as though they know a lot of information regarding the client’s job descriptions but clearly they are empty vessels. 8. No medical benefits. In summary, this company does not care about employees’ well being.
